Davis Beach
Enjoy time with the family frolicking in the sand, swimming in the lake, docking your boat and more at pristine Davis Beach!!
Davis Beach was developed in 1974 and is loaded with amenities. It includes a designated swimming area that is approximately 200 feet long, a common area with 700 feet of lake frontage, a picnic shelter, a sand volleyball court, common dock areas, a playground and loads of beauty!!
The picnic shelter sits on top of the hill from the beach and includes a bath house and vending machines. Picnic tables and barbecue grills surround it and can be reserved for parties by calling the AVPOA office at 397-3311.
Bring your volleyball and a handfull of people and have a ball playing sand volleyball. The sand volleyball court is available on a first come, first serve basis.
On the right side of Davis Beach sits three common docks for temporary docking of property owners boats. (No overnight docking is allowed and boats can be docked less than 24 hours.)
There is a playground the kids are sure to love located on the beach and although swimming at the lake is at your own risk, Davis Beach does have a lifeguard on duty some of the time.
A designated pet area is located on the left side of the dock leading down to the common dock area.
DIRECTIONS: From the front entrance to Apple Valley, go left on Apple Valley Drive. Continue for approximately 2 miles. Turn right on Ridgeway Drive, you'll see signs for Davis Beach.
