Changes taking place to Floral Valley Access Beginning April 1, 2011
Beginning April 1, 2011, Apple Valley property owners will see some changes in the way they access the Floral Valley building. In order to save on costs, there will not be a Facilities Operator until 2:00 p.m.
Effective April 1, the regular hours of Floral Valley which includes the indoor pool, lobby and banquet hall are as follows:

Property owners in good standing will continue to use the facility as they always have during these hours, utilizing the AVPOA photo i.d. card. Property owners in good standing who wish to enter the upper level of the Clubhouse during its regular hours and access Floral Valley weekdays BEFORE 2 p.m. will be required to purchase an access card for the cost of $10 per card. This card is NOT the same as the regular AVPOA photo i.d. card. This card does not gain access to the indoor pool or fitness center. But just gives access to enter the buildings before 2 p.m. (Closed Tuesday).
If you wish to gas access to the Floral Valley indoor pool before 2 p.m. on weekdays (except Tuesday) and the fitness center located at the Clubhouse during regular hours, you must purchase a fitness membership and hold an access card. The cost of the membership is $40 per person or $110 for a family membership. Please note that this membership charge is in addition to the cost of the access card. These memberships are available for each person in good standing. The minimum age for a family member to obtain a membership card is age 14. Members under 14 may not use the fitness center or be left at the indoor pool without an adult.
Access cards will be available on February 1. To obtain a card or pay for a fitness membership, come to the administration office during regular office hours Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. If you have additional questions or need further information may contact the administration office at 740-397-3311.
